Returns & Refunds

We accept returns under the conditions outlined below.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition

  • Items must include original packaging

Items that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.


Non-Returnable Items

  • Items marked as final sale

  • Items damaged due to improper use or washing

  • Items returned without prior confirmation


Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

For orders placed with Cash on Delivery:

  • Returns are accepted only after delivery

  • Delivery fees are non-refundable

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective and or damaged

Refunds for COD orders are issued via:

  • Store credit, or

  • Exchange, depending on availability

Cash refunds are not offered for COD orders.


Exchanges

We offer exchanges for:

  • Size issues

  • Defective items (upon inspection)

Exchanges are subject to stock availability.


Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos.
Approved cases will be exchanged at no additional cost.
