Delivery Areas

We deliver to most major cities and surrounding areas across Morocco.
Delivery availability may vary depending on location.

Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day

Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times:

  • Casablanca & Rabat: 1–2 business days

  • Other cities: 2–4 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays or unforeseen circumstances.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • Cash on Delivery is available across Morocco

  • Please ensure your contact details are correct and reachable

  • Orders that cannot be delivered due to incorrect information may be cancelled

Shipping Fees

  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout or communicated before dispatch

  • Delivery fees are non-refundable

Failed Deliveries

If a delivery attempt fails due to:

  • incorrect address

  • unreachable phone number

  • refusal at delivery

The order may be cancelled, and delivery fees will not be refunded.

Repeated failed deliveries may result in order restrictions.

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you may receive tracking details or delivery confirmation via WhatsApp or phone call from the courier.
